Recipe: BEST Crockpot Beef Stroganoff




Absolute BEST Crockpot Beef Stroganoff  [Easy and the family loved it!]

2 lbs cubed stew meat
2 cans condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
1 large onion, diced
1/2 cup water
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. hot paprika
egg noodles or rice

Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker (except the meat and the cream cheese).
Once combined, add the meat and mix together.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Prepare the pasta or rice according to package directions.

Just before serving, cut the cream cheese into cubes and add to crock pot.  Stir, cover, and cook on high for an additional 10-15 minutes or until cream cheese is blended in.

Serves 6
